La Cena Bean Salad

Total Time: 30 Minutes  |  Serves: 8-10

Ingredients

  • 15 oz can of La Cena garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained & rinsed

  • 15 oz can of La Cena red kidney beans, drained and rinsed

  • 15 oz can of La Cena black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 15 oz can of La Cena pinto beans, drained and rinsed

  • 4 green onions, chopped

  • 1 stalk celery, sliced

  • 1/2 cup La Cena cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup La Cena olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground dry mustard

  • 1/4 teaspoon D’Sabor garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon D’Sabor ground black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon D’Sabor onion powder (optional)

  • 1/4 teaspoon D’Sabor ground cayenne pepper (optional)

Preparation

Mix in all beans into a bowl, and add chopped green onions, and celery.

Whisk in a separate bowl, vinegar, oil, honey, mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. 

Pour dressing over the salad, and toss gently to coat. 

Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, and gently toss before serving.
